About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Advocate to join our team at Gallagher Re. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and reinsurers to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and reinsurers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate and attend technical and claim audits as necessary to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Act as an informational resource to clients, brokers, and management on assigned accounts, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of client-specific requirements and industry trends to provide informed solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with account controllers to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients and management on key performance indicators and industry trends.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reinsurance and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key qualifications include:

  • High school diploma required; degree from a two-year or four-year college preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, clients, and associates.
