Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and supervise a team of hotel staff, including department heads and front-line associates, to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Financial Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, control expenses, and maintain high-quality product and service levels.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Hotel Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, including regular inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for hotel staff, including competency training and corporate-sponsored training programs.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with hotel staff, guests, and other departments, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as they arise, ensuring that the hotel operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Experience: At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree and at least 4-5 years of related experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows operating systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred.
