Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Coordinator to join our team at Perry Homes, LLC. As a key member of our senior leadership support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Senior Leaders.

About the Role

  • Provide executive-level support to Senior Leaders, including calendar management, expense reporting, and correspondence.
  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure seamless execution of Senior Leaders' schedules and events.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and credibility.
  • Work closely with Senior Leaders to stay informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, acting as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, and follow through on projects to successful completion.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of executive-level support experience.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
