Job Description

The Sales Support Coordinator will provide administrative support to the sales team, including estimating simple quotes, order and quote entry, production coordination, faxing, copying, filing, and more.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

The ideal candidate will be versatile, flexible, and able to work within constantly changing priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Estimate simple quotes and enter orders and quotes
  • Coordinate production tasks
  • Fax, copy, file, and perform other administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Versatility, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
Education and Experience:

A high school diploma is required, and 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
