Customer Support Coordinator

About the Role
">As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating risk mitigation activities that ensure Zurich's clients receive the best possible support while traveling abroad. You will work closely with our Medical and Security teams, Travel Desk, and Leadership team to provide timely and effective solutions to client issues.
Your primary duties will include:
">* Providing telephone support and emergency evacuation services to clients
">* Coordinating the management of each client's travel emergencies, flight cancellations, and delays
">* Monitoring the status of patients and reporting situations to family members and/or fellow travelers
">* Making arrangements for medical evacuations and documenting case management
">* Providing translation services and supporting inbound/outbound SMS communications
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
">* Experience in customer service or a related field
">* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
">* Ability to work under pressure and multitask
">* Basic knowledge of insurance and assistance services
Preferred Qualifications
">While not required, we prefer candidates with fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, German, French, Persian, and Farsi. Additionally, experience in healthcare or contact center environments is highly valued.
