About the Role

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking an experienced Onsite Quality Manager to oversee and implement the CEI Quality plan on large-scale electrical infrastructure projects. As a key member of our production team, you will ensure that quality processes are in place and being followed, and that all employees are trained on CEI's Quality Plan and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain CEI's Quality Plan on project sites
  • Train employees on CEI's Quality Plan and processes
  • Coordinate internal inspections and third-party inspections and tests
  • Manage inspection requests with the General Contractor
  • Participate in First in Place walks and approvals
  • Use BIM360 Docs for document management and ensure that third-party reports are uploaded
  • Verify that as-builts are being updated and keep logs up to date in Smartsheet
  • Track internal issues during the construction phase using BIM 360
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a supervisory role on large commercial, industrial, or electrical infrastructure projects
  • IBEW Journeyman Electrician Certification preferred, Foreman or General Foreman experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects in commercial, industrial, or utility sectors
  • Certification in OSHA 30 safety training
  • Experience in electrical project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
