Job Title: Automotive Service Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Operations Manager to lead our team in Fairbanks and Anchorage, Alaska. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for steering the operations of our full-service and lube and tire store models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations across different store models: full-service and lube and tire.
- Demonstrate proven experience in a service advisor role, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Be a leader by example of how to service customers and sell quality work with quality services performed and supervised in the shop.
- Apply your experience as a previous location manager to drive business success.
- Uphold our high standards of customer service, quality, and integrity in every interaction.
- Implement strategies to meet sales targets and manage Profit and loss statements effectively.
- Streamline processes and systems for operational excellence.
- Foster a positive team environment, encouraging growth and accountability.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of experience as a Store Manager in the automotive industry, with specific experience in full-service and lube and tire operations.
- Proven track record as a service advisor, with strong customer service and team management skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license (state-issued where employed).
- Fluent in English.
