We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lawn Care Residential Sales Representative to join our team at Lawn Matters LLC. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve annual sales goals.
  • Promote and sell lawn care services, logging daily sales and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring effective scheduling and high satisfaction levels.
  • Utilize company software to generate reports and track performance metrics.
  • Work with marketing to create targeted materials for clients.
  • Review client contracts and performance metrics to ensure profitability.
  • Assist in training employees and uphold safety policies.
  • Perform fertilization routes and handle winter assignments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Five years of experience in landscape and fertilization, with at least three years in sales.
  • Prior management experience and an ODA license.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving history.
