Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in training employees and uphold safety policies.
- Perform fertilization routes and handle winter assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- Five years of experience in landscape and fertilization, with at least three years in sales.
- Prior management experience and an ODA license.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving history.
