About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ADP. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.
  • Document and manage multiple sales cycles, sticking with the process through implementation until your new business is up and running on the solutions you sell.
  • Collaborate daily with internal partners and clients to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Confident and fearless, with a willingness to take risks and challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a natural ability to lead, innovate, and thrive under pressure.
