Hospice Outreach Coordinator

At BrightSpring Health Services, we are seeking a Hospice Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a Hospice Outreach Coordinator, you will play a critical role in marketing our hospice and home health services to industry professionals, the community, and individuals and families.
OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the benefits of home care and be able to effectively communicate this to referral sources and the community. You will be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physician and surgeon practices, nursing homes, and other appropriate sources.
In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will educate the community about home care services and Adoration Home Health, and interact daily with professionals in the healthcare industry.
You will conduct outside sales calls to existing and potential referral sources within an established territory, and promote Adoration Home Health's programs and services to medical professionals and civic and community-related organizations. Attending trade shows and vendor fairs to generate business and establish professional relationships is also a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physician and surgeon practices, nursing homes, and other appropriate sources.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory requirements.
- Understand the benefits of home care and effectively communicate this to referral sources and the community.
- Educate the community about home care services and Adoration Home Health.
- Interact daily with professionals in the healthcare industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or other related discipline preferred.
