Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Forefront Dermatology. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Check-in and Registration: Verify patient information, update records, and ensure accurate billing and insurance processing.
  • Scheduling and Follow-up: Schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, manage office supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, respond to phone calls and emails, and address patient concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Electronic Health Record Management: Scan documents, update patient records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of recent medical office experience or in a similar capacity preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in basic computer functions, ability to learn new software quickly, excellent customer service and communication skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
