Speech-Language Pathologist for Charter Schools

The Stepping Stones Group is in search of enthusiastic and committed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide outstanding therapy services to students within charter schools.

This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Deliver therapy services to students both individually and in group environments.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school personnel to address students' communication requirements.
  • Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain precise and current records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $55.00 per hour

Schedule: Day shift

Application Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (Required).
  • Speech Language Pathology License (Preferred).

Relocation: Candidates must be prepared to relocate before commencing work.

Work Location: In-person.
