- Deliver play-based, naturalistic interventions to clients.
Your contributions will include:
- Developing assessment and treatment plans in accordance with Cortica's clinical model, BACB, and insurance requirements.
- Overseeing clinical programming for clients receiving applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.
- Providing direct clinical and supervisory support to team members and Behavior Interventionists.
- Ensuring high-quality clinical care, meeting all supervisory and parent training hour requirements.
- Conducting monthly supervision for RBTs and/or BCATs, including necessary documentation and supervision experiences.
- Monitoring and updating client programming, keeping the team informed.
- Organizing and analyzing data for progress reports.
- Collaborating with the ABA Site Manager to optimize supervision and parent training hours.
- Participating in insurance authorization reviews with support from the ABA Site Leader.
- Leading or participating in departmental meetings.
- Engaging in Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseload.
- Prioritizing and assisting in the implementation of safety initiatives.
- Exemplifying Cortica's core values and setting a positive example for colleagues.
- Hold a master's degree in a human services discipline or a related field.
- Possess a current and unrestricted license and/or certification required for practice in your clinical domain.
- Have a solid understanding of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with autism.
- Bring field experience, including skills applicable to home-based settings, and experience collaborating with interdisciplinary agencies.
- Are proficient in using software and systems, including electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
- Understand HIPAA regulations to protect patient information.
The base pay range for this position is $75,288 to $93,170 annually. Your compensation will be determined based on your skills, relevant experience, education level, and location.
