Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) and apply and process cardiac monitors
  • Set up and maintain EKG equipment, perform cardiovascular tests, and identify heart rhythms
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and patients to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Preferred experience: one year of experience or previous on-the-job training or training through an Allied Health program
  • Preferred certifications: CCT or CRAT through CCI or CET through American Allied Health
  • Preferred additional languages
