Position Overview:
Join our dedicated team at Pathway Family Services LLC as a Clinical Services Coordinator. We are seeking a full-time professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Master’s degree in social work, professional counseling, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care for residents.
- Support licensed therapists in delivering personalized treatment plans for children facing mental and behavioral health challenges.
- Guide treatment teams in developing plans based on evidence-based practices such as TF-CBT and Adolescent DBT, while incorporating Active Treatment principles rooted in PBIS and TBRI.
