Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care: Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Document patient information: Accurately document patient information, progress notes, and observation sheets in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Mental Health Nursing Experience: Minimum two years of experience as a registered nurse (RN) in a psychiatric setting.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; prefer two years of college plus one year of clinical experience.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
