About the Role:

This dynamic position involves working closely with Case Managers and Clinical Social Workers to streamline clinical and administrative processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance with discharge coordination, referral management, and insurance authorization.
  • Community Resource Research: Identify and document available community resources for patients, ensuring timely access to necessary services.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of insurance-based processes, including denials and appeals.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual who can prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and possess strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in clinical and/or community resource settings.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, with expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Prior experience as a Case Manager or Social Worker is an asset, but not required. We welcome candidates from various backgrounds who share our commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
