About the Role

This full-time position offers an estimated salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. As a key member of our mental health team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Therapeutic Milieu: Participate in the therapeutic milieu, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
  • Documentation: Accurately and timely document patient information, progress notes, and observation sheets.
  • Communication: Establish effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Educational Background: High School diploma or equivalent required; prefer two years of college plus one year of clinical experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
  • Licensure/Certification: N/A
  • Skills and Qualifications: Verbal and written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with others, and previous experience in direct patient care preferred.
