POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Our sales professionals receive a competitive hourly wage starting at $20.00, complemented by attractive commissions and incentives, aiming for targeted earnings of $25.40 per hour or approximately $52,832 annually. High achievers in this position can earn up to $65,000. Additional benefits may include complimentary internet, television, and phone services (subject to restrictions).
  • This is a full-time role suitable for entry to mid-level candidates, concentrating on wireless, television, and internet services within the communications and entertainment technology sector. Opportunities for advancement and substantial commission potential are available.
  • Our Retail Sales Associates are organized, tech-savvy communicators with a competitive edge, eager to learn and develop. They thrive in a dynamic retail sales environment and ideally possess experience in wireless sales.

EXPECTATIONS:

  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets, particularly in wireless sales.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Engage and educate customers through product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all television, internet, and wireless products, pricing plans, promotions, and service features for Spectrum and our competitors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Compliance with uniform requirements.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sales experience ranging from 1 to 5 years.
  • Familiarity with the latest technology and devices.
  • Experience in commissioned sales.
  • Background in retail or wireless sales.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
