Your Responsibilities:

As a Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with a dynamic virtual team, engaging with enthusiastic entrepreneurs and assisting numerous business owners. Your role will involve identifying prospective clients, discerning their staffing needs, and delivering customized solutions by placing virtual assistants in accordance with the specified job requirements. You will be instrumental in our sales efforts, working to broaden our client network and foster enduring relationships with current clients.

Key Duties:

Client Needs Analysis: Perform comprehensive assessments to grasp clients' staffing requirements and recommend suitable virtual assistant solutions during consultative discussions. You may often assist in defining job roles and ensuring the recruiting team comprehends the candidates the client seeks.

Service Demonstration: Showcase and explain our distinctive talent services to potential clients, emphasizing the advantages of hiring virtual assistants for various roles.

Sales Closure and Management: Finalize sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction with the selected virtual assistant while maintaining company profitability. Matching the right remote professional with the client is crucial for minimizing turnover.

Sales Documentation: Keep precise records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system. Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline status.

Post-Sale Support: Offer assistance after the sale to guarantee client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong connections with both new and existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a B2B Sales Consultant or in a comparable sales role, ideally within the recruitment sector.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, primarily business owners.
  • Self-driven with a focus on results.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools; HubSpot experience preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
