Job Title: Hospitality Specialist

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Hospitality Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting our full product suite to local businesses and building strong relationships with restaurant owners and merchants. If you're passionate about sales, customer service, and helping small businesses succeed, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and build relationships with local business owners and merchants to promote our product suite.
  • Travel to and from client sites within a designated geographical territory to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish, including identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and closing deals.
  • Hit sales targets and meet or exceed monthly sales performance goals.
  • Collaborate with our extended Sales Support team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of delivering against sales goals.
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
