Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on homeowners' inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Take inbound calls for customer service-related questions and marketing leads
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Handle an average of 150 calls per day
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 2 years of Call Center/Customer Service Experience
  • Prior Experience with High Volume of Inbound & Outbound Calls
  • Familiarity with Dual Computer Screens
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
