Quantitative Insight Manager

At IQ Clarity LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Insight Manager to lead our primary quantitative research projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of quantitative research, from design to reporting, and mentoring other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quantitative research projects, including designing questionnaires, developing sampling and analytic plans, and creating and analyzing reports.
  • Manage the creation, revision, and finalization of questionnaires to meet client research objectives.
  • Collaborate with insight analysts, associates, and operations partners to ensure accurate study programming, quality control, fieldwork, and data delivery.
  • Conduct analyses and prepare research summaries, ensuring that strategic insights are communicated clearly and effectively.
  • Present research findings to various audiences, including senior client management.
  • Work with team members to support projects and achieve client goals.
  • Gain an understanding of client industries, brands, and business dynamics to produce thoughtful deliverables and enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 3+ years of experience in primary market research, consumer insights, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in developing quantitative research surveys, such as concept tests, product tests, variety sorts, attitude & usage studies, equity trackers, and other custom research.
  • Strong understanding of research methods for assessing concepts/products/programs, targeting, and monitoring business performance.
  • Experience in mentoring, training, or managing researchers is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using quantitative research tools and techniques to address key research questions and business objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and propose innovative solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of quantitative research methodologies, sampling practices, analytical tools (statistical testing), and best practices.
  • Proven ability to interpret research results, draw conclusions, and troubleshoot data issues.
  • An MBA in business, marketing, psychology, or a related field is preferred; a BS with strong experience is also considered.
