About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Desk Representative at our Downtown Ridge location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a safe, clean, and happy environment for all.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service to members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Count and verify cash, shift activity, and gift certificates, and maintain accurate records.
  • Use basic computer skills to process transactions, manage membership sign-ups, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Recognize and greet members by name, and maintain a positive attitude while working with members and staff.
  • Keep locker rooms clean and stocked with necessary supplies, and maintain equipment and gym space in a clean and safe condition.
  • Multi-task and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule required, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.
  • Community CPR/AED certification within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an athletic club, as a barista, or another service industry.
