Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attendees in finding their designated seating.

  • Monitor your designated area for any issues and opportunities to enhance the fan experience.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide assistance in ADA accessible seating areas.
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for all attendees.
  • Manage crowd flow effectively during busy events.
  • Check identification to confirm age requirements for alcohol purchases.
  • Be knowledgeable about the venue's emergency evacuation procedures to assist guests safely in case of an emergency.
