Job Summary:

Waters Corporation is seeking a Quality Inspector II to support the inspection of supplier material and complex machined parts manufactured within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections of parts and assemblies using measuring instruments, engineering drawings, procedures, and workmanship standards.
  • Maintain inspection records and compile results for internal feedback reporting.
  • Operate automated inspection equipment, including programmable vision systems and CMM.
  • Support initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of inspection activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience inspecting parts and products.
  • Proficient in using various gauges, including micrometers and verniers.
  • Experience with automated vision inspection, CMM, and other measuring devices.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical drawings (GD&T) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
