Sub-Zero Group Southeast, a distributor of premium luxury appliances, is looking for a dedicated Showroom Sales Associate to join our team. This position is pivotal in delivering an exceptional appliance consultation and shopping experience to our clientele. The Showroom Sales Associate will be responsible for managing the sales process within the showroom, focusing on establishing a value-driven relationship with customers throughout their project journey. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing the appointment scheduling process for showroom visits, including conducting pre-visit interviews.
- Delivering an outstanding, engaging, and informative showroom consultation for clients, whether they arrive by appointment or as walk-ins.
- Assisting customers via phone, managing appointment bookings, providing information, and identifying their specific needs.
- Collaborating with dealers and industry professionals to foster trust and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Ensuring a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing work environment for both team members and guests.
- Facilitating a smooth transition from showroom experience to product installation, ensuring a positive customer journey.
- Working closely with the Showroom Manager to maintain high service standards and follow-up practices, integrating feedback and enhancing product knowledge.
- Supporting promotional activities and events within the showroom, as well as overall operational tasks.
- Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships, following up with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Engaging in continuous product knowledge training and development.
- Demonstrating organizational skills and being a conscientious team player.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
