The Opportunity

In the capacity of a Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Product division, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Vice President of Product to identify, recruit, and secure skilled professionals for the Verkada Product team. You will engage with a variety of roles within the Product organization, ranging from MBA interns to positions in Product Pricing Strategy and Operations, as well as various levels of Product Managers. As one of the fastest-growing firms in Silicon Valley, your role will be pivotal to our ongoing expansion and success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle: identify passive candidates, maintain a robust talent pipeline, extend offers, and successfully onboard top talent.
  • Build strong relationships with the Product team and provide insights on effective recruitment strategies tailored to the market.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to candidates about Verkada and the Product division.
  • Coordinate and facilitate remote and on-campus University Recruiting initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance our hiring processes as we continue to grow.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a targeted and high-quality candidate pipeline for complex and challenging roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing timely and transparent interactions.
  • Proficient in influencing and collaborating with hiring managers through a data-driven approach.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Dedicated to excellence and high performance.

Note: This position requires full onsite presence at our headquarters.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in recruiting for Product roles, particularly within complex B2B product organizations.
  • Interest and experience in University Recruiting to further develop our pipeline of top MBA candidates.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Greenhouse, Covey, and GoodTime.

Compensation Overview

At Verkada, we aim to attract and retain top talent by compensating them fairly based on their contributions. We consider various factors to determine appropriate starting salaries, including work location, skills, experience, market demand, and internal equity. The actual starting salary may vary based on these factors. This estimate is one part of Verkada's comprehensive rewards package, which may also include additional compensation forms such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

$130,000-$165,000 USD
