Job Description

Retro Fitness is a health club that prioritizes respect and dedication to its members. As a Personal Training Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping members achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed department sales and revenue goals
  • Schedule Retro Results training services
  • Evaluate the credibility of Retro Results fitness service offerings
  • Lead Retro Results coaches by example
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong desire to help others reach their health and fitness goals
  • Basic computer skills
  • The ability to work designated shifts as determined by management
  • An understanding of physical fitness principles and proper exercise technique
  • Strong customer service skills
  • NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, or ACSM personal training certification
  • CPR/AED certification
Compensation

This position comes with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
