We are seeking highly motivated Personal Trainers to join our team and enhance our training programs at Anytime Fitness. Our personal training department is centered on generating positive energy, conquering obstacles, and building a strong client base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Build a loyal clientele through prospecting, conducting fitness assessments, and delivering engaging class demonstrations.
  • Comprehensive Wellness Programs: Design personalized wellness programs based on individual clients' goals and objectives.
  • Motivation and Inspiration: Foster a supportive environment that motivates and inspires clients to reach their health and fitness goals with enthusiasm.
  • Accountability: Maintain client accountability through goal setting, regular re-evaluations, and assessments.
  • Professionalism: Embody the pinnacle of professionalism in actions and attitude, reflecting positively on the company's reputation.
  • Cultivating a Community: Create a safe, enjoyable community among Team Training, Small Group Training, and One-on-One instructions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong Desire to Help Others: Possess a genuine desire to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
  • Training Experience: Ability to conduct training sessions with large and small groups.
  • Availability: Willingness to work designated shifts as determined by management, including Saturdays.
  • Physical Fitness Knowledge: Understanding of physical fitness principles and proper exercise technique.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Certifications: NASM, ACE, NSCA, or ACSM personal training certification, along with CPR/AED certification.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Essential Physical Abilities: Must be able to perform essential physical aspects of the position, including standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Earning Potential: The estimated salary for this role is around $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
