Executive Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional support to the CEO of Backpack Healthcare. This role demands a proactive mindset, excellent time management skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, problem-solving, and communication. They must be based in Maryland to facilitate seamless coordination with the CEO and headquarters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Calendar Management:
- Juggle a high-volume calendar while aligning appointments with organizational priorities.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them with minimal guidance.
- Communication Management:
- Draft, review, and send polished communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prioritize and manage emails to ensure critical matters are addressed immediately.
- Meeting Preparation & Coordination:
- Organize meetings by gathering documents, creating agendas, and attending to logistical details.
- Attend key meetings, take minutes, and follow up to ensure action items are completed.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Skills: Unmatched organization, exceptional communication, and mastery of MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package.
