Job Summary

Spang & Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service and Planning Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including part numbers, descriptions, and quantities
  • Coordinate logistics and shipping, including scheduling and tracking
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform data entry and maintenance tasks in our ERP system
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Entrepreneurship
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, or production planning
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
