    • Strong emphasis on maintaining confidentiality
    • At least 2 years of experience in a secretarial role, including handling phone calls, managing schedules, and organizing appointments
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Location & Schedule
    • On-site work required
    • Full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
    • Office closures during major holidays
  • Assignment Details
    • Temporary position for 4 weeks to cover for leave
    • Immediate availability required, with an expected completion timeframe
    • Low likelihood of assignment extension
    • Potential for future short-term assignments within the organization
