Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Critter Control. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Take service calls, follow through to resolution, and update contact logs with detailed information
- Be the first point of contact on cancellation calls, attempt to recover the service before it is lost
- Process cancels and charge backs, as well as service upgrades and downgrades in ServSuite
- Call back all cancellations 2 weeks after cancellation was entered, attempt to recover service
- Make welcome calls to all new route customers and any residential AC job exceeding $2000 two weeks after initial date
- Manage and record updates on Region AR files (past due balances, declined credit cards, etc.)
- Make Collection Calls
- Perform Quality Assurance calls with current route customers as assigned by management

Requirements
- High School/GED or better
- 2 years: Customer service experience
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
