Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for Tammy Golston - State Farm Agent, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, following up with customers as needed, and using a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to customers.
  • Use excellent communication skills to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve sales and customer service goals.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a competitive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, 401K, health benefits, paid time off, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the agency.

Requirements:
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • People-oriented and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive in problem solving and able to learn computer functions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and obtain Personal Lines Licenses before start date.
