Senior Fraud Analyst

USAA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fraud Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our fraud prevention team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating fraud risks across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Apply advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to analyze data and identify patterns indicative of fraudulent activity.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to prevent and detect fraud, resulting in significant cost savings for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fraud prevention into business processes and ensure seamless execution.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in fraud prevention.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to various levels of management, ensuring that recommendations are actionable and effective.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, finance, statistics, or mathematics.
- 6 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, and SQL programming.
- Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
