Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Source and recruit top talent to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 4 years of professional sales experience
  • Minimum 1+ years of business experience, ideally in B2B sales, customer service, or staffing
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
