Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally greet patients and visitors, both in-person and via phone
  • Efficiently manage appointment scheduling to enhance patient satisfaction and optimize provider availability
  • Ensure precise data entry and upkeep of patient records
  • Oversee front desk operations and various administrative duties with accuracy
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Foster strong relationships with patients and other key stakeholders
  • Uphold the professional image of Kaizo Health at all times

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or medical environment
  • Knowledge of appointment scheduling, insurance protocols, billing practices, and HIPAA regulations
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office and EHR systems
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
