About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to coordinate and oversee ongoing core production activities and contribute to the development of innovative manufacturing processes. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to address complex challenges encountered during the manufacturing process, ensuring a balance between quality, cost, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Work alongside vendor engineers to develop more efficient manufacturing methodologies.
  • Focus on improving manufacturing margins, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science-related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 4 years of experience. Other qualifications may include:

  • Shift Supervisor Part I qualification.
  • EDO qualification with 2 years EOOW qualification in the Nuclear Operations Program.
  • 3 years SRE qualified with relevant certifications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Background in mechanical design.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, statistics, or electrical engineering.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
