Core Manufacturing Opportunities: Are you interested in overseeing the production of Naval Cores? The Core Manufacturing (CM) team offers positions that involve coordinating and supervising ongoing core production activities, as well as developing and qualifying the manufacturing processes of the future.
Collaborative Problem Solving: CM engineers engage with a variety of stakeholders to address complex, real-world challenges encountered during the manufacturing process, consistently balancing quality with cost and schedule.
Process Improvement Initiatives: Our engineers frequently collaborate with vendor engineers to enhance and streamline manufacturing processes, focusing on improving margins, performance, reducing costs, and minimizing production time.
Documentation and Project Management: CM engineers are responsible for preparing and reviewing documentation to formalize recommendations and assess product acceptability. This role also includes various project management responsibilities such as planning, cost estimation, subcontract management, and budget oversight across multiple organizations.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in an accredited engineering or science-related field is required; a Master's degree in a similar discipline is preferred.
