Suites Coordinator Job Description

The Suites Coordinator is a key member of the Legends team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service to Suite Owners and Suites Administrators. This hourly position will support the Suites Manager in day-to-day operations and coordination of event information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with Suite Owners/Administrators to ensure a seamless game day experience
  • Manage food and beverage sales, and maintain the Tapin2 system
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the Suites Manager to coordinate event information and ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and perform data entry tasks
  • Upsell and promote Legends' services and products
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of POS systems and ability to learn new software
  • High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred
