Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pantry Coordinator to join our team at Legends International. As a Pantry Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our event-day services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately service event-day orders and ensure prompt delivery of orders.
  • Work closely with the Suites Manager to ensure seamless execution of event-day operations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service to our clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as dictated by management.
Requirements
  • Stadium/Arena suites experience preferred.
  • Cash handling/point of sale experience preferred.
  • Pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to remain calm under stressful situations.
  • Ability to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Physical Requirements

Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
