Primary Position Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Suites Manager, the Pantry Coordinator is tasked with overseeing the setup of suites and managing the pantry during events.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the pantry's cleanliness, restock supplies, and keep accurate inventory records.
- Oversee the inventory of equipment, small wares, disposables, and high-volume beverage stock.
- Supervise suite runners during event setup and breakdown.
- Coordinate the logistics of food, beverages, and equipment throughout events.
- Ensure general cleaning tasks are completed using standard products to meet health standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Suites Management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to make prompt and accurate decisions.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure for extended periods while maintaining professionalism.
- Capable of collaborating with colleagues to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English to communicate with guests.
- Able to lift and transport items weighing between 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess sufficient mobility to carry out assigned tasks, including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
- Availability to work all event days with a flexible schedule to accommodate extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Part-Time $20.50/hr
