Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Arizon Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the HVAC industry.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and securing orders with satisfactory margins from assigned accounts and markets. This will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners in the HVAC industry.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales plans and strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners in the HVAC industry.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proven sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
