YOUR ROLE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST
As a Business Analyst within the Quality Assurance team, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate business operations and propose solutions that align various business functions with the overarching organizational objectives.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the organization's structure, policies, and operations, assisting in recommending enhancements to improve business processes and strategic planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively support initiatives aimed at simplifying and enhancing the customer experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Gain insights into the organization's structure, policies, and operations to propose solutions for process improvements.
- Compile, analyze, interpret, and present data related to current and future operations.
- Create reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to support new strategic proposals.
- Develop project estimates by identifying phases, personnel requirements, and associated costs.
- Analyze external market trends and data sources to derive actionable insights and recommendations for management.
- Propose solutions or improvements that leverage new technologies or optimize existing technologies.
- Perform additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in software applications such as Word, Excel, and others.
Abilities:
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Skilled in data analysis and interpretation.
- Adept at identifying business problems and opportunities quickly.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to engage with all levels of management and personnel.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a full-time position in an office environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Experience in data analytics and reporting.
- Foundational technical knowledge.
