NUCKOLLS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization. With 120 years of industry leadership, we're looking for someone with passion and purpose to drive our business forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships with existing and new clients, and leading a small team to achieve similar results. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly. Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.

• Research new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales.

• Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.

• Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.

• Daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.

• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team growth.

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community.

• Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

• Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.

• Clean background and own transportation are necessary.

• 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
