Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in the aquatics industry. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide customers with timely updates on order status.
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, return authorizations, and sales quotes.
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to products.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to fulfill customer needs.
  • Handle general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist in resolving customer issues across departments.
  • Maintain customer service documentation and records.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in distribution or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience in the aquatics industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
