About the Role

This outside sales representative position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about B2B sales and eager to drive growth. As a territory sales representative, you will be responsible for connecting with small to midsize businesses and establishing strong relationships. Your goal will be to nurture your pipeline from qualified leads through face-to-face presentations, ultimately closing deals and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a motivated and ambitious mindset, with a proven track record of success in sales. They will be proficient with technology, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to a competitive salary, this role offers uncapped commissions, cash bonus incentives, and a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. The company also offers a comprehensive 401k plan and 10 days of PTO + 6 paid holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Meet virtually or in-person with your team for daily training and strategy sessions.
  • Connect with local businesses to establish strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Nurture your pipeline from qualified leads through face-to-face presentations and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, follow-ups, and client information through our CRM system.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an outside sales capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient with technology, including CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • A valid US driver's license and reliable transportation.
