Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with your network and develop knowledge of Northwestern Mutual financial products and market trends.
  • Educate yourself beyond training through sponsored licensing and registration, and use proprietary technology to educate clients on potential plans.
  • Present clients with opportunities to protect and prosper, then drive clients to action through expert perspective and recommendations.
  • Take ownership of development and management of your business, reviewing and maintaining client financial plans to provide optimal advice for their needs.
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree
  • Entrepreneurial ambitions
  • History of success in relationship-building or client-facing roles
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Desire for continuous learning and collaboration
  • Proficient critical thinking and communication competencies
