As a Member Service Line Representative at US Community Credit Union, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members. Key Responsibilities- Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests, answering questions about basic products and services, researching records, and resolving problems within your authority.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members.
- Assist in the Member Service Line Representative training program.
- Maintain accurate records, enter member contacts into the event tracker, and prepare required reports.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people beyond immediate associates.
- Good listening and telephone skills, with the ability to operate a 10-key calculator, typewriter, and computer keyboard.
- The ability to make decisions with minimal information.
